When I got the trackball, it worked great, looked great, was inexpensive and saved me from buying a new phone when my trackball fell out. But after only a couple weeks, I have started having trouble with it not scrolling. I even checked it out to see if dust or something had gotten inside it, but there was nothing. It seems like the wheels are actually getting caught up on its own construction. I can't scroll left to right without messing with it for a while which frustrates to no ends when you are a business person that needs to be able to access what you need right now! Not when the ball decides to work...in front of potential clients.

There were some shipping issues, however after a quick email to the seller, the was package was resent and received as promised. eForcity is very prompt and professional! I would refer this seller to my friends and I also intend to purchase a couple more items from the seller in the near future.
the black is a flat black if you ask me, i like the color. and the little black hinges under the circle frame thingy are not to strong so be careful with the process of putting it in it does need a little push to pop in place but i don't recommend taking it out if you can help it cause the hinges will break its happened to me. but in the end its a rubber ball with all plastic hardware holding it and making it work so you cant ask for much more it does the job be happy.
Maybe I was a little too anxious in installing this. I purposely bought two because I was afraid that I'd mess it up somehow. Good thing I did. The first time I tried to install one, I didn't get the fit quite right and the tabs on the ring were starting to bend. After a few moments of trying to move it into place, the rollers on the trackball casing fell off and I couldn't get them back on.
Second time was the charm. I did a quick YouTube search and found a very good installation video.
The next one went on without any problem. I do wish it had a bit stronger tabs, but I'm pleased with how easy the second one went on. I'll get a bit more life out of my Blackberry.
Well first, the product is not as in the picture. He/she sent me a wight one. Second when I try to press the ball as if want to enter to an application or whatever it doesn't work. it only works with directions as scrolling up, down,left and right.
I thought it was the end to my blackberry curve until I bought this curve ball. when the ball arrived, it was white like my previous one (which made me very happy), and it fit like a glove and worked like brand new...
I purchased a trackball from The OEM Planet on Amazon Marketplace. I was a little disappointed when I picked up the package because I had to pay an additional 78 cents when I already paid for the shipping when purchasing the product. I could have purchased it for a cheaper price had I purchased it from another company. The trackball did work which was a relief and eased my frustration of operating my blackberry curve. This trackball doesn't perform like the original trackball that came with the phone. It doesn't have the ability to enter by pressing when sitting on a hyperlink...now I have to use the arrow key on my phone to advance to the hyperlink.
