Even though this cartridge is a compatible and not a brand name Brother toner cartridge, it has performed as well as the brand name cartridge since I received it. The sellers shipping was reasonably fast and I am satisfied with the purchase overall. I would be happy to buy another one of these toners in the future and the best part is that it costs about $40 less than what you would give for the name brand cartridge. The cartridge came nicely and securely packed. I liked that. It is producing sharp prints, that is great as well. I bought 3 item pack, and currently using the first one. But I am not yet at a position to say anything about how many pages it can print per cartridge. At this point, my only complaint is that the product did not say TN-350 or compatible. It had a different number, which worried me. It was a bit difficult snapping it in place in the printer cartridge attachment. At first it appeared to be not fitting. So, I had to apply a gentle force. I don't think its a good experience. I had used another TN 350 compatible toner, had no issues there similar to this. But I believe overall its a good product at a reasonable price and service. I would recommend it.
I was tired of paying $60+ for toner, and read the good reviews here on Amazon. When I received the toner cartridge, it fit right in, and was ready to go. Unfortunately, it left a trail of toner on my desk, in the drum, everywhere. I never had this with genuine Brother replacements. I printed 10-20 pages; the quality was consistently poor. The ink had a powdery feel on the paper, and left a very light haze in the background. The ink smudged and transferred to other paper when touched. I am wrapping them up and sending them back to Amazon and the seller.
I was leary to order a toner cartridge over the internet, but am happy to report that this came quickly, was exactly what I had ordered and is working perfectly. The only thing I won't know for awhile is whether it lasts as long as others I've used in the past. I'm guessing it will. I will be buying this product from this site in the future.
Always glad to find a deal on toner, but this cartridge has "faded" areas on the page ... uneven distribution of toner. It's passable for personal printing, but I don't recommend this toner if you want professional looking printouts.
The toners worked fine. I bought 2 and used both without an issue. One printer I put a new drum and toner and the other I cleaned the drum unit before installing new toner. I had no issues with either toner. You can't beat the price.
I installed this a couple of days ago, and it seems to be working fine. The proof will be how long it lasts. But then again, it's so inexpensive when compared to an OEM model. It seems to be an exact duplicate, minus the Brother name on it, and a couple of parts "look" different. This is my first experience with non-OEM, and I'm just hoping in the end it doesn't self-destruct and ruin my printer.
