Aluminum - xbox 360, lcd monitor stand

I actually bought this stand for a 26" high definition TV that is in a spare bedroom. Mounting the TV in the corner instead of on a wall not only saved a lot of time and trouble, it was the best place for viewing. It is the only corner stand I could find. I like the contemporary look which goes nicely with the TV and the satellite box and DVR player fit perfectly below the TV. It is exactly what I needed and the price was great. Allsop Metal Art Corner Monitor Stand - Silver

When I purchased my Mac Pro in 2008, I soon came to realize how much of a workspace my desk would become. Low on space, I decided to go ahead and buy a monitor stand (I bought this one because it matches the computer and the desk).

It currently is supporting my 22" Gateway HD2200 monitor, and stands approximately five to six inches off of the surface. It's surprisingly rigid and stable. My only complaint, however, is that the legs are somewhat crooked (they sort of pinch inward), and the feet on the bottom of the legs aren't secured all the way, and hang off a bit (this is why it's only 4 stars, unfortunately).

To give you a feel of what I've put on the space underneath, it's currently housing the modem, the router, a big stack of DVD cases, a big stack of DVDs (A BIG STACK), some dental floss, a bottle of silicone oil, and a blank DVD stack, and still room to go. Outstanding!

Overall, it looks fantastic and does a great job supporting even big 22" LCD monitors. I recommend this to anyone with a cluttered computer workspace. :-)

Legs should be screwed in to assemble this stand - a little more force and leg joint is broken (really cheap welding). Handle with care!:)

I've just glued mine, bother not to return etc.

Works as a stand so, nice "Corner" design.

The stand is a very solid piece of metal. It is Easily assembled in 30 seconds. My complaint is that the threads that you screw the legs into are questionable since one leg fails to screw in completely. Other than that it's a nice stand.

Like another reviewer, one of the welded joints broke off when I was assembling the product. If the force of hand-screwing the leg into the joint is enough to break this thing, I can't imagine it safely supporting a computer monitor.

Also - since this product is so large and heavy, it is more expensive to mail it back than to just accept the loss and move on. I'm so unhappy with this transaction, I don't think I'll ever buy something like this online again, unless the seller offers free return shipping.

It probably isn't the prettiest stand in the world, but it is cheap, high and small. Works great for my computer monitor and I have my laptop underneath. I actually have it positioned "backwards" so that my speakers can sit in closer and I save a bit of desk space. After reading the other reviews, I was careful w/screwing the legs in and had no problem. They all went in all the way (easily) and nothing broke.

The stand does what I bought it for but both front legs are angled slightly inward. It stand and holds the monitor in the corner but the manufacturer and quality control is poor when you can;t make a leg straight. With this quality if should be much cheaper.

Assembly was easy, it has a nice appearance, and it is very sturdy. The keyboard fits nicely underneath (except you can't slide it completely under unless you want it sliding off the corners - but if fits most of the way and frees up even more room). I originally bought it because I had a laptop and a regular monitor on my desk. I don't even have the 2nd monitor anymore and I still use this item as a shelf. I have a wood desk and I think the metal compliments it nice and doesn't look cheap. - Xbox 360 - Lcd Monitor Stand - Silver - Aluminum'
