Exfoliating - exfoliating, moisturizer

This is the best foot care product on the market. I can't say enough good things about it. All the womwen and some of the men in the family use it now. It really works to get rid of dryness and cracking skin on your feet. Swisa Beauty Mineral Treatment, Pineapple Mango, 10 Oz.

Hi

My son has sufferred from Eczema for years and it always gets worse when on holiday. We listened to a lady on a stall in America, who said it is useful for eczema, but thought it was expensive $80 Dollars

Found it on Amazon and bought some. My son used it while on holiday with amazing results. His eczema calmed and all but disappeared.

Well worth a try if your kids suffer from this horrible ailment.

Also lovely for the wifes hands and feet!

Let me first start my review by saying, I have been labeled by physicians as "OCD" when it comes to lotion/body scrub use (Obsession in that I HAVE to have lotion on; Compulsive because it HAS to be a certain kind)! I CANNOT even walk out in the rain without re-applying lotion. Like another reviewer said, I had discovered this product SEVERAL years ago at a kiosk in the mall as well. At that time, I was REALLY young and didn't have ANY problems with dry skin- but still had the obsession with lotions. Since they no longer have this in the mall here, I did a search for this on Amazon and was so extremely excited when I found it on here! I have used medicated lotions/body scrubs, super expensive ones- NOTHING on the market is going to make your skin feel the way the Swisa Dead Sea scrub does! As soon as you wash it off, the feel of your skin is ridiculously soft!!! I have made 5-6 of my friends try out the product and EVERY one of them is amazed with the result!! One of them is an Arbonne consultant that sells their own body scrub and lotions, and she ordered it from Amazon from my house before leaving!!! There really is nothing better for soft skin that actually LASTS throughout the entire day!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that craves soft skin, or has issued with keeping their skin soft! You won't be disappointed!!!!!

I was first introduced to the Swisa Beauty Mineral Products at a kiosk in a mall. I usually don't get hooked by the kiosk pitch; however, I couldn't help but notice how amazed people looked walking away from trying this product. I decided to give it a try myself, and boy was I impressed! This product was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. You can always find lotions or scrubs advertising how they'll make your skin feel silky soft. Usually though, they'll make you feel silky soft for about a day, or even less if you wash it off. Swisa is unlike the rest of these common products as it leaves you feeling soft and smooth for over a week. After exfoliating with Swisa, it seriously makes you feel like you're reborn all over again, as if none of the elements have ever touched your skin! Aside from feel, it leaves a noticeably visual difference after just one application. Your body is left smelling fresh and fragrant (but not girly- just yummy), feeling smoother than it's ever felt before, and glowing like you're brand new! The product and its fragrance work well for any person, male or female. My family, friends and boyfriend rave about this product now that I've shown it to them! It works great on already smooth skin as well as rough skin. I use it on my hands and feet as it says, but sometimes can't help exfoliating my arms and neck with it as well. I love how it makes me look and glow, feel and smell. My only piece of advice is don't put it over sensitive areas of the skin, especially if you're pores are open (i.e. freshly shaved legs) as the sea salt can sting a little. The kiosk disappeared from the mall but I was so impressed by this product, I ended up having to track it down on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and try it. I guarantee instant, impressive results. You won't want to stop using it!

i bought this and to my surprise it arrived in just 3 days with the standadr shiping. Ive recently bought this item at the mall for over $50 and was excited to finally see it available on amazon, i would just type in swisa on the amazon search and one day it came up. So when i saw this amazing low price i ordered several and is enjoying my smooth soft skin again. i know it makes my hands soft so now i fnd myself holding hands more with my boyfriend and shaking people hands. its definately a must have on my list and i promise it will be yours ENJOY!

I think the product works wonderfully. My husband keeps straing at me telling me I look 5 years younger! Thank you Swisa Pineapplee Mango treatment.....Doesn't taste all that well however!

Black And Decker - lithium, drill

Best drill i've ever had!! Your search for the perfect drill ends here! got it at walmart a few months ago for the same price. Lasts a few hours worth of hard work, only takes about 1 hour to charge and can get any job no matter how big or small done that requires use of a drill! :) if you need the best drill for the best price, this is it! buy it, don't think about it, just buy it! :) Skil 2898LI-02 18-Volt Li-Ion Drill/Driver Kit

This is a good quality drill. Very durable and sturdy. The bit broke on the first screw. This is no reflection of the craftmanship of the drill. Battery recharges in less than it takes to eat your lunch. That's a bonus. For the money, you can't buy a better drill.

I bought this drill/driver a couple months ago and have been using it regularly on the job and also at home and am not only happy I'm impressed. I've had drills that cost over twice what this one does and this drill can do everything and more that those drills can. Like a Dewalt or Milwaukee etc. with an all metal gear box and 400 inch pounds of torque this is a lot of bang for your buck. You don't need to spend $200 to get a quality tough hard working drill that is suitable for most professional or home jobs. Unless you're going to be doing a lot of drilling through heavy steel this will do the job for you. Not that this drill won't drill through steel but for that kind of continued use you'd want a heavier drill with around 600 inch pounds of torque.

I bought this drill to replace my old Quantum Pro hammer drill and was worried that not being a hammer drill I would have problems on the occasions when I need to drill through concrete block, tile or cement but this drill does all that effortlessly. You'll be happy if you buy this drill at the money you saved and knowing you got a quality work tool. - Lithium - Makita - Drill - Lithium Ion'

Portable Power - portable power, jump starter

First off let me just say that this unit is a heck of a lot better than the ones in your box stores. I have a construction company so there is always something with a dead battery everyday. This unit works good for the first, second, and 'sometimes' third jump but that's usually it. After about 8 days of heavy use I can only get the unit to recharge to about 70%- I may return it. My only other complaint is that when you are in a hurry and wrap the cables back up its very easy to slice into the cable with the handles. Clore Automotive JNC660 1700 Peak amp 12V Jump Starter

I have owned the Jump N Carry 660 for six months now. I have two V-8's and have had to jump them a couple of times with batteries that were so dead, the ignition lights wouldn't even come one. The cars both had been sitting overnight during a freezing Maine winter night. The Jump N Carry started the cars on the first try. This is a very powerful battery system.

Have been using this for over a couple of months now and as the title says am a satisfied customer and will recommend the product to anyone.

My car battery started acting up on me after I came back from a month long international trip, I got stuck twice in the morning to work and once from work late in the night. It was frustrating and painfull. Hence I decided to buy this product and boy it saved me like 5-8 times already, it came in fully charged and I haven't charged it yet after receiving it. Kick started my car every time on the first attempt and with no issues what so ever.

I finally figured out the problem with the car batter to a iPhone car charger/radio kit connected to the car. Havent had the need to use it in the last two weeks, but I know it will not fail me if I need it.

I think the shipping and delievery was un-eventful so that good.

Thanks, hope some one finds the review useful, I spent a full 10 mins writing it :) - 12 Volt - Jump Starter - Portable Power - Car Battery Charger'

I don't know well they will hold up over the long term compared to the Delta versions, but they fit fine, cut great and are much cheaper. What's not to like?

Update after using for a while. I built a couple of nightstands out of walnut. I finished easily 50 bf of walnut and the blades are still working fine. No noticeable wear. Not sure why the other reviewer had so much trouble with pine. Perhaps the blades were more gummed up than actually dulled. POWERTEC HSS Planer Blades for Delta 13" Planer 22-580

I have had this planer for several years and have used it frequently. Delta no longer makes

this machine and therefore does not make the blades. What a shame, as the replacement blades sold here

are far inferior as those made by Delta. I dont know of any others making these blades, so I am forced to

buy them here, or invest in another planer altogether. Mainly do no like these blades because they do not last long. After surfacing about 50 bf of lodgepole pine the planer struggles to keep pace as the blades dull quickly.

Excellent product. Was just as advertised and installed with ease. Searched other places but could not find replacements with quality and price that Amazon

offered. Should have bought a spare pair just in case no one sells them in the

future. You can't go wrong with this product.

I purchased these blades as a cheaper solution to the higher costing Delta brand blades. I was able to run one 6'x6" figured maple board thru the planer, with nominal results. The second board came out with ridges, from the blades being nicked. Both boards were clean and inspected prior to running thru the planer. After a couple more passes thru the planer, the finish just got worse. I reinstalled my old, dull, Delta brand blades and finished the project.

These blades are a very good example of "You get what you pay for."'

Starfish - beaded jewelry leather jewelry, boy

It's hard to pick things out on line because sometimes the item just doesn't live up to what you thought, or hoped. Nothing against the seller but I'm just a little leery at times and try not to get my hopes up. Well, this time, my hopes were pleasantly rewarded. The leather zen bracelet is good looking, made out of darker leather giving it a more rugged look and fits really nicely when I tighten it onto my wrist. I've bought a few others that no matter how tight you try to get it, it was still too large and was obviously intended for a male wrist. Not this one, fits my female wrist just right. My order came quickly. Leather Zen Bracelet, Fits 6 to 8 Inch Wrists, For Men, Women, Teens, Girls and Boys, Gift Box

What a pleasant surprise! Not that I wasn't expecting to like it, since I wouldn't have ordered it if I didn't, but I was still surprised by just how much I like this bracelet.

I have a small wrist, so I rarely wear bracelets because they are very distracting when they move up and down my arm. This is adjustable, and the tightest 'setting' (which involves a simple sliding knot) fits my wrist perfectly and the hardware then sits exactly where it's supposed to. It looks and feels great!

The little rosette accents at the ends of the leather slip knot are adorable and swing around in an eye-catching -- but not distracting -- way. It's my best 'fun' purchase in ages...

a very 'zen' bracelet to be sure! I'm partial to leather and silver combos, and this filled the bill. The only negative is after getting in on, it's almost impossible to adjust without using your teeth to hold one end of the pull. Once adjusted, though, it works fine! It is high quality.

I received the Zen bracelet for my birthday as a gift from my sister. Even though it arrived early and in a lovely box, I didn't open it until my birthday.

I loved it the moment I put it on, it was so pretty, the cute little flowers at the end of the ties are a lovely touch and the turquoise accent color is perfect. I also love the fact that it's handmade too, I'm a huge supporter of handmade goods. I received so many compliments on it, it looks exactly like the picture and fits comfortably.

Unfortunately after only a couple of uses, one of the ties unravelled and it was unwearable... I contacted Beautiful Silver Jewelry and explained what had happened and sent a couple of pictures. They replied after only a few hours, apologising for any inconvenience that this may have caused me. They were so kind and generous by offering to replace the bracelet and also to send me a complimentary one for my trouble. I was not only over the moon but shocked by how helpful and swiftly they dealt with the issue. Today I received my bracelet and it's as gorgeous as the first one I received and the complimentary gift is absolutely outstanding too. SUPER happy customer and would shop here again a thousand times!! Thank you Beautiful Silver Jewelry :) - Beaded Bracelet - Beaded Jewelry Leather Jewelry - Bracelet - Boy'

Ipod Touch Armband - accessories, ipod armband

I have to say, this is a great armband. I just used it today for the first time for 11.5 miles, and it held up great. It stayed in the same position I strapped it on before I started without needing to have it on tight enough to cut off circulation to my arm. I'm only 16, so I don't have huge arms, but they aren't tiny either. I had a lot of give either way, because it was about at the midpoint of the strap, so I'm not sure how much room I could have had. It dispersed sweat really well. It absorbed it, but not all the way to my iPod. It stayed dry the whole time. And the plastic over the screen was really nice. It was extremely protective, but I could still use the touch screen without using any more pressure. Overall, this is a GREAT case and I HIGHLY recommend it. Belkin Lillian Dual-Fit Armband Case for iPod touch 2G, 3G (Black)

I purchased this to use with my Motorola Droid. I did a size comparison, and the Droid and iPhone are practically the same size. It's a bit snug, but fits well. Snug = secure. The entire screen is visible and the phone doesn't hang out like other armbands supposedly "made" for the Droid. It also has a nice slot for your key.

Even though this Belkin case was primarily designed for iPod & iTouch, I bought it hoping it would fit my HTC Droid Incredible.

Guess what? It fits perfectly! The band stays on your biceps well and it isn't too heavy. It seems like the quality may not be the usual Belkin quality but I have only had it for a week so I'll have to update this review in a few months.

I use it mostly for running and mountain biking. It rocks back and forth a bit when Mountain Biking, but which armband doesn't? It's great for running too. I love it!

This particular Belkin product looks like a good product on first inspection. It has a good material (moisture wicking and stretchable). It has a key slot! It looks like it is built for runners, until an attempt to place it on an arm. Now I don't have the largest arm in the world (16-17") but this barely fits it and after any movement the hook and loop closure simply won't hold. I would say measure your arm first, if you are under 15" around, then this should work for you. The hook and loop closure feels weak, and I think the slot to insert the ipod touch could have been tighter. I don't think it is built for vigorous activity!

I got this for my new iPod touch 4g (which is slightly smaller than the 3G). I have the lux crystal case on it (see attached) and a Zagg invisible sheild screen protector. The touch screen works perfectly with this case as well. Very happy with it!

Premium Rubberized Hard Crystal Case Cover for Apple iPod Touch 4G, 4th Generation, 4th Gen - Black, Seamless Rear Case Only

I received this not too long ago as a gift. I use it, on average, once a week. When I do use it, I have no complaints. It holds my iPod Touch comfortably and securely against my arm, it doesn't slide down when I'm jumping rope or something similar, and it keeps everything from getting sweaty and gross. However, this morning I used it, then went to get my iPod out and found that the strap that is glued to the velcro fastener was pulling away. As a result, I probably have to re-glue it or the hole thing will be useless. This is the second Belkin product I've gone through this year. The other was a clip for my Nano that completely broke.

Normal wear and tear is one thing, but this is definitely a case of poor quality. Buyer beware!

I picked up this armband when I started hiking this year to use with my 3GS iPhone. I have used it for walking, hiking, and jogging now and I really like it a lot. It has a snug fit around my phone so I'm not worried at all about it dropping. The band has good adjustment range and stays in place on my arm. I have been using the little pocket to hold my key, which is large enough that it fits tightly and I'm not concerned about losing it. This armband has worked so well that I bought two more for family members who use them for the same purpose.

I hhave a Droid 2 and it fits great (without the skin), and the touch screen works great.

The only problem is I have 17 inch arms and it wont strap ;( Luckily my wife has the same phone so I gave it to her. If you lift weights it probably will not fit.

Who makes a workout armband and limits the strap length?

I got this desipite the numerous reviews that said it would be small for big arms. I myself have decent sized arms and am a fitness enthusiast. It fit great. A little tight at first but the material stretches. I perform Olympic lifts and I haven't had any problems. Great product, great price and great value...

I bought this armband to use with my Droid Incredible, and it does in fact work pretty well. My only complaint would be that adjusting volume is a pain (since the side volume controls are not exposed), and sometimes I end up adjusting it accidentally. One (perhaps obvious) tip would be to put in the Incredible right-side up like you would an iPod Touch; I initially tried to put it in upside-down to use the hole for the iPod Touch headphone jack, but then realized that this makes no sense since there are no buttons on the bottom of the Incredible that need to be exposed. - Armbands - Ipod Armband - Armband - Accessories'

Hot Coffee

I recently bought this model and liked it so much that I ditched my Cuisinart thermal carafe (see my other review) AND bought another Melitta as a gift for my parents. Now that I've had this model for a few weeks, I can report on the good/not-so-good aspects of it. Again: Everyone in coffee pot reviews says they're a coffee aficionado; I'm no different. I have a French press espresso machine, backpacking espresso machine...I love coffee. I spent a long time finding the right Burr grinder (old Kitchenaid A-9), the right filters (unbleached or gold), and personally satisfying ratio of grounds to water for this particular cone filter drip maker.

The Good:

1. After getting the coffee grind right, the flavor is exactly what I want. I like coffee that is strong (but don't always want to make French Press) so that took a few brews. Cone filters are definitely better than flat ones, but when you've spent years with the flat filter and become accustomed to the taste and measurements, it's a little funky to re-tune your taste buds. The Melitta has a Regular, Bold, Robust setting that changes how the water is heated and dispensed over the grounds. I make Regular for when guests that don't like Mississippi mud coffee and then crank it back up to Robust when it's just me making coffee for myself and my GF in the mornings. The difference is noticeable, taste-wise. Regular setting drenches the grounds and your pot brews quickly. Bold, a little slower, and Robust, does a nice hot trickle of water over the grounds giving it plenty of time to soak up the oils and roasted flavor.

2. The thermal carafe keeps it piping hot! The Melitta actually heats up the carafe just like a coffee pot warming plate BUT IT DOESN'T STAY ON. It's a nice feature, believe me. If you want to take that a step further you should "pre-heat" the carafe with hot tap water before brewing, especially in the winter months if you live someplace cold like Fargo, ND.

3. It's not that big or bulky so counter space isn't really affected any more than most other coffee pots.

4. The controls are straightforward. An added plus is that they are placed vertically, on the front and not at the bottom and horizontal or slanted like others. Even the best coffee pot (or sleepy operator) can cause an overflow, so putting the buttons and electronics at the bottom has always been a peeve of mine.

5. It comes with a starter pack of Melitta brand paper filters. I'll eventually spring for one of the SwissGold filters. I have a love/hate with paper filters. If I use them, they have to be unbleached paper but i don't like having the wasted trees. Conversely, I don't like the water waste associated with cleaning a metal filter but that's just me. Either way, nature gets the short end of the stick with coffee pots. Whatever. IF you do go with paper, the unbleached ones are healthier and keep coffee taste as true as possible. I've always used Melitta brand filters even when I had a Mr. Coffee because they make good filters. It just so happens that I now have a coffee pot of the same brand.

6. It doesn't come with, but you can get a water filter plug that fits in the reservoir above the intake valve to the heating element. When you flip the top open, it would go on the left side. I don't use it since I put filtered water into it to begin with.

7. It is programmable. If you get up early and rushed to get out the door, or like to have coffee ready for you then this is a huge plus.

8. It brews fast. It'll do 6 cups on the Robust setting in about as many minutes.

9. It's got a nice, clean style to it. Not space-agey, not drab.

Whatever/Bad:

1. The clock is a very bright blue. You won't have to put a nightlight into your kitchen if you have this coffee pot.

2. The water reservoir gauge on the left side starts at 4 cups. I'm fine with this because I make 4-6 cups, but anyone only wishing to make 2 cups will have to come up with a "2 cups of water" method that works. Why you would only make 2 cups (two 5 oz. cups...or, you know, ONE 10 oz. mug) is beyond me but that's the addict typing.

3. There's a hole drilled into the back of the water reservoir at the 10 cup height; this way, you cannot brew more coffee than that which fits in the 10 cup carafe.

4. I'd have preferred a removable water reservoir instead of a top-fill but that's based on my kitchen counter space and cupboards.

Conclusion:

Buy this coffee pot if you:

1. Like Coffee

2. Want a thermal carafe that works for hours instead of a hot plate that burns your coffee

To the "Chinese junk" reviewer: Whatever, dude. Some people just can't ever be happy. Melitta 10-Cup Thermal Coffee Brewer

DAY 2 - will update later but so far great machine.

The faithful Krups duo finally died after 15 + years of service. This time we wanted a thermal carafe type to reduce the burn on the coffee. Spent a lot of time reading the reviews and it seemed like there weren't any choices that were consistently highly rated. All had issues that caused me to keep looking, until I found this one. Not many reviews to go with, but the one negative review seemed overly harsh, and the non-thermal unit got good reviews, so took a chance.

First the quality of the product is NOT cheap Chinese junk!

With so many things being produced in China these days, you are hard pressed too find things that are NOT made in China. And as Apple and others have shown, that with good design and careful sourcing companies can produce quality products in China.

The coffee maker seems solid and well made, the plastic parts fit well and the overall design is functional and stylish enough. Overall while maybe not the ultimate, a good value.

Have not had a chance to truly test all the brewing options vs coffee amounts etc., the first pot tasted very good.

PROS:

The carafe pre-heat is a nice feature that starts the coffee out hot. The riser tub is double walled to reduce heat loss from the water in the reservoir.

The carafe has a nice wide mouth for easy access. the top twists off with a 30 degree turn. The pour is fast and drip free. All of the coffee can be poured without any drama.

Coffee remained hot for the first 3 hours or so then it started cooling. If you drink it black still hot enough but if you add cream it's going to seem closer to warm. Good enough for me.

The top has a wide area to collect the coffee so alignment is not super critical. The carafe does fit nicely into place so it is unlikely to be off.

The clock and timer functions are easy and obvious enough to figure out.

Its quiet when brewing.

There is a hole in the back at the max level to prevent overfilling if you don't fill from the carafe

There is a pour stop feature which does effectively stop the coffee without drips. This feature has one of the cons - see below.

CONS

Only two so far and minor IMHO

Pour stop was hard to replace the pot when the basket was full with water due to the weight and close tolerance, and perhaps the newness of the plastic. I noticed this when i was testing with a pot of water to rinse it out. Have not tried it out "for real" yet. It may improve with use.

The clock uses the fadish blue led look, which makes for a low contrast display. Not so much a problem if you are up close and straight on, but from a distance hard to read.

Will add some more as time goes by, so far not disappointed. Definitely recommend considering this model'
