Kindle Accessory - body glove, pandigital

I have been looking for a good quality case that would fit the Pandigital Novel ereader, well this one is perfect.

It fits very well. The fact that it has so many positions and options is a big plus. The hard shell case is very protective. It holds quite a bit in the mesh storage area. The zipper is great, it is double sided so you can fold the front cover under and zip it closed that way to make it very easy to hold. Very unique case. It has the option to self stand like a picture frame for hands free reading. The sturdy carrying handle also allows you to slide your hand through it to help hold it when it is open in book form. I am still able to reach and operate the on off slider switch on the top and also the volume control on the right. I would definitely recommend this case for any of the products that fit in it. Very happy to have finally found a quality case that works well for the Pandigital Novel. This is a hard shell case which offers great protection but is surprisingly light in weight. Thanks to Raven for the great write-up, I decided to go ahead and get the case. I just got it yesterday. In short, it's a great case. Thanks Raven, you saved me a lot of hunting, trial and error by mentioning that the case works with the Pandigital Novel eReader.

My comments: The case is almost perfect. I would caution users to be careful when using the pop out self-support. If you get it dusty/ dirty, well, that dust will be right on your eReader screen when you close the case. Just be smart about it. Don't let it get gritty.

My other comment is about the power button and the fit of the case (Another Good point made by Raven). The upper left strap is in the right place. It's Pandigital that needs to move the power button over to the left side of the eReader to solve the switch/ case obstruction. Also Pandigital, how about a full size bidirectional USB port on the Novel?

I also agree that the zip-open feature of the case is pretty sweet.

Overall, I am very happy with the case (and the Novel). I would recommend it too. Also, after using it (and in hind site), I would buy it again.

Also, thanks for the follow-up Raven. I see that the charge cord will work in the case.

Now to find a good/ reasonably priced screen protector. Anyone have any leads on that item?

I purchased a Pandigital Novel and have kept it put away until I found a nice cover. This Bodyglove case is GREAT. It's nice and snug and I love the little pockets to keep my usb cable and memory cards. A++ item!!

I bought this case for my PDN (Pandigital Novel). It works great keeps it safe, as it is a glass screen e reader, my only gripes are this, the case is not to deep so when you DO purchase check to see how big your e reader +charger will be, as mine wont fit. It does suck that my charger wont fit but other then that its great. Watch out what you set it on when using the built in stand as the dirt that collects on it will end up on your screen!

I have zero complaints about the case itself. It is well made and of good construciton. The problem I have with this case is that it is not for a nook color.

First off -- it's not easy to get at the buttons on the outside of the nook when it's in the case. Specifically, power and volume. However, this is true with most cases that are not designed to be a "shell", or custom made. You can't really hold this against the case.

The biggest problem that I have with the case is that you can not fit the power cable for the nook in the accessory compartment. The power brick (outlet to USB converter) is too wide and does not allow the case to be closed. If I had known that, I would have purcased a less-bulky case.

Other than that -- it's a fantastic case that will keep your device nice and save. I use it like a laptop back and remove the nook while I am using it. I would recommend the case to anyone not looking for a place to stow all of their extra cables and accessories.

Nook color fits perfectly! Even with the silicone protector on the Nook color. The only drawback is the usb/charger does not fit. I purchased the Body Glove case because I didn't want my Nook color flying around in my backpack unprotected and for the charger, I'll simple throw it in there. There are 3 more secure straps for other size e-readers. Best protection ever! The Body Glove Logo says it all.

I bought this for my Pandigital Novel 7 based on the other reviews. The unit fits inside fine. I like the ability to take the power and USB cords with you. However, it is a bit bulky while reading. Not terrible, but I've also purchased a "book" style cover for reading at home. This case offers very good protection for the unit and I would recommend it for anyone who plans to travel with their ereader. - Pandigital - Body Glove - Ebook Reader - Ebook Cover'
