Premier Mounts - tv mounts, premier mounts

This stand is more than enough to hold a 19inch TV and holds just fine with the screws provided in the package. However, my cabinets are full wood planks at the bottom to support any screw you install. The TV will swivel to the right and left but does not fit below the cabinet to fold it up. i would still recommend this stand for people looking to hang their TV under the cabinet. it definitely clears the countertops. Premier Mounts FLIP LCD Flip-Down Mount, Silver

Mount works well. One thing to consider is size of TV, though. With my 15" TV I cannot fold it up completely under my cabinet, which is OK. I mainly wanted it off the counter, but if you are wanting it to fold up completely out of the way, it may not depending on size of TV and depth of your cabinets.

I purchased this item to mount an LCD TV under the kitcken counter -replacing an old and heavy CRT TV. The unit is solidly built. I also recommend using through hole screws to mount to underside of cabinet as just a couple wood screws are eventually going to give out. The unit can be rotated very easily about the central arm. The unit can also be tilted-but only about the slotted axis-which is set only by how you orient and mount the slot to the underside of the cabinet. It would have been more convenient to allow some tilt where the back of the TV is mounted. This is particulary true of LCD TV's - since you have to get the tilt correct to get the best view from the TV. Once you have the orientation like you want you have to adjust the tension using an allen wrench in irder to truely lock in place. This is a bit of trial and error-and if you ever want to fold it up out of the way-since enough tension to lock in place is usually too much to allow it to fold up out of the way. Considering some of the LCD TV mounts I saw at the box stores this is a bargain. If you are considering getting a small LCD TV to use with this mount make sure the TV has the standard VESA 4 screw hole pattern. Not all of the small sets have this feature.

Mount works perfect. I use it on a 15" LCD which weighs about 9 or 10 lbs, and it holds it with no problem. TV can easily be lifted back and stowed flat against the bottom of the cabinet. Adjust torque of your screws if TV won't stay back, or if it is TOO hard to flip back.

I took the advice of one of the other reviewers, and went to the hardware store and bought some 1/4" nuts and bolts. Glad I did because I wasn't too thrilled about using the supplied wood screws in my cabinet's particle board (the ONLY reason I'm hesitant to give it a 5-star rating). Extra hardware was a couple of bucks, compared to a couple of HUNDRED for dropped TV.

Installation was a no-brainer. Measure, mark, test fit (in both up and down positions) and drill mounting holes.

Again, it works flawlessly. The price makes it a steal... just be careful using the supplied mounting screws.

This mount is simple and easy to install. It worked perfectly for the purpose it was intended, to install a fifteen inch television under the kitchen cabinet. I would certaily recommend this product.

I used this bracket to mount a 19" LCD under my kitchen cabinet. The bracket is very high quality and quite sturdy. I would have given it five stars except for one quirk I still don't understand. The clamp that attaches to the vertical post needs to be left a little loose or you can't swivel the TV. However if the clamp is not tight, the TV tends to walk down the post as it is being swiveled. To fix this problem I added my own clamp collar underneath the clamp that attaches to the TV. Now the TV swivels without walking down the post. It was an easy fix but it seems the additional clamp should have been supplied with the kit. - Premier Mounts - Tv Mounts - Undercabinet Tv - Small Kitchen Tv'
