my first time that i did buy coat online and will be my last time too. this winter coat the big giant collar make this coat so very ugly. it did not look like in the picture i saw at all. make me so very upset and very angry that amazon.com have this add on their website. it's cheap and huge ugly collar coat. by the way i did send it back right away. i had to pay for returned shipping too.
