Sawzall Blades - sawzall, sawzall blades

These are the toughest blades I have ever used. I am remodeling an old house. To facilitate installing insulation and wiring I am removing the plaster over plasterboard exterior walls but keeping the ceiling and interior partitions intact. This requires cutting the embedded wire lath corner reinforcement. This task is brutal on blades, a 14 foot long wall requires a cut 30 foot long with the blade plunging past the wire into the supporting wood, not to mention cutting through about 1-1/2" of rock hard plaster/cement.

These blades can take it. They refuse to break. I bend them like a pretzel, lay them on a 2x4, hammer them back straight and continue cutting. I would not have believed this was possible if I had not done it. I don't think you could buy a better blade at any price. Milwaukee 49-22-1129 12-Piece Ultimate Demolition Sawzall Blade Set

Milwaukee makes a great reciprocating saw, and it is known in the trades as a Sawzall. Most people know this, but many might not know they also make great reciprocating saw blades.(They work in all brands of reciprocating saws) As the owner of 6 reciprocating saws, I have used alot of blades. I have come to this conclusion-There are only a handful of good blades out there:Milwaukee is tops, Lennox a close second, and Bosch are Okay if you can find them.

This is a great value for anyone looking for some serious reciprocating saw blades. I purchased these at Home Depot, but they are also available at Amazon for slightly less, but I had a gift card to use up...

Included with this blade set are (2) 5/8 TPI, 6" Ax Super Sawzall Blade, (2) 5/8 TPI, 9" Ax Super Sawzall Blade, (2) 8 TPI 6" Super Sawzall Wrecker Blade (2) 14 TPI 9" Torch Super Sawzall Blade & (4) 14 TPI 6" Torch Super Sawzall Blade, and a Durable Canvas Pouch For Storing blades Between Uses.

The Ax is a great blade for wood cutting applications. It is a thicker blade (.062 vs .035 for most standard blades)that really stands up to cutting the tough stuff. Nail embedded wood is no problem for this bade. It will outlast many other brands due to the extra thickness and bi-metal construction. Having the 2 sizes of this blade is a nice touch. The 9 inch size works well for cutting up bigger lumber, such as headers and railroad ties. For most general demo, the 6 inch blade will be all you need.

The Torch blades are for cutting metal. Again, they are thicker(.045) and taller than the standard blade. These blades were a lifesaver when I took down the old chain link fence around my property and had alot of post to cut into smaller sections to fit in the trash can. Again, you get 2 sizes, 6 and 9 inch.

The wrecker is a crossover blade. It cuts both wood and metal. There is only a 6 inch size of this blade in this kit.

One of the cool things about this kit is the storage pouch. It will easily accept more blades and longer blades as your blade collection increases. I have a pouch that my brother in law gave to me after he used the blades up and I was able to fit 10 12 inch blades in each section. I like that it rolls up securely, and fits nicely in my Sawzall case.

Built like a TANK..Demolition is the correct name..I used Lennox blades in the past. It was time to change blades so I bought the Milwaukee blades. Wow, what a difference, they are built to take it....This will be my blade of choice in the future...Perfect product TOUGH....An easy 5 star rating...

Purchased the blade pack with my saw from Amazon....started demolishing my kitchen (1950's era) which means a mixture of very solid 2x4's and 16d nails under a layer of plaster/rockboard(5/8") as well as solid metal corner supports. These kitchens were well engineered! Anyway, sawing thru this material, I wore out two blades in about 20 minutes of work (maybe 8' of cutting). The teeth were worn off and when I would hit a nail, teeth were actually broken off. Previous reviewers had expressed much better peformance. I will say that I did not expect blades to last long thru this type of use...I just wanted to express a more realistic assessment of their performance.

I purchased this for use with a cordless Ryobi 18V reciprocating saw, and they work fine. I haven't had cause to use the metal or combo blades, but the "Ax" blades have been useful making rough cuts in lumber. I used it several times in constructing a child's play area when I needed to make a large cut in a place too awkward for a circular saw (OK, perhaps not the most professional use of a saw, but it works and leaves a fairly clean cut).

What these blades are not good for is pruning green wood, which as it turns out is what I mainly use my reciprocating saw for. For that, Milwaukee sells packs of an amazingly effective green blade which will zip through living wood with a minimum of vibration.

The hard case the blades come in is adequate, but not a good sorting solution. I would have preferred a soft roll carrying case.

As a professional single family home builder / remodel contractor, I use Milwaukee blades on an almost daily basis. These blades keep straight well, hold an edge for a long time, and cut through just about anything. Pair it with the Milwaukee SuperSawzall, and never look back. Most of the reviews here complaining of short blade life seem to be trying to cut old plaster walls with them, and I agree that this set is not made for that. If you're cutting framing, any kind of wood, including that with nails, use the axe. For metal pipe, I beams, screws, bolts, and other metal, use the Torch. If you need to cut old-style lath and plaster (which is made with cement and sand, not gypsum like today's walls) get a masonry blade or a carbide tipped blade. It is important to have the right tool for the job, and for a lot of jobs, this is it.

I do demolition for a living. Commercial and residential. I've used every saw, and every blade on the market. There are days I use the reciprocating saw all day. The Axe and Torch are the best blades out there. No blade is indestructible and they do wear out eventually, but these blades give you the most for your money. - Milwaukee Sawzall - Sawzall - Demolition - Sawzall Blades'

Dual Screen Dvd Player - dual screens, portable dvd players

We have this mounted in the car and it is been use day in day out. From short grocery store trips to long weekend road trips. Plays every thing that has been thrown at it. Never had a single issue, no skips or freezes. Robustly built and comes with all the necessary cables and strips to mount on the head reset. Either you need 110V or 12V in the rear of the car. Then just push the wires through the sides of the car-seat back and be done. Nice and clean, it looks very professional. It also has headphone output, so that I dont have to constantly bombarded with go Diego go song all the time. Video is bright and crisp, it has a good viewing angle even during day time. I wish it had support for battery so that we can use it during camping. It constantly needs to be connected to power. Apart from that I have zero complaints. Fantastic price for dual screen DVD that works all the time. It can continue to play where it left every time the car starts, a must for long trips. I dont want to go back and tinker with it when ever I stop for gas or coffee break. Philips PD9012/37 9-Inch LCD Dual Screen Portable DVD Player, Black

I'm a little surprised by the low reviews on this, but I can't speak as to DivX support, and I knew going in that these are single player, linked systems as I researched on Philips website. These are great little DVD players for the car if you don't mind having only one DVD player to control. I thought the picture on these were good, sound is also decent (took another set of these to get it working, but I'll explain later) and these strap very well to the headrest or seats. I love that they don't wobble around. They are secure which ultimately makes them safer for kids to use in the car. There isn't a remote, but to be honest, I used to try to use our other player's remote and it was a miserable experience from the front seat. (My kids are too young to control the remote themselves)

Now for the bad....these are made by Philips, thus my four star review. I have another Philips portable DVD player and had to send it back to them for replacement after two months - it refused to read the discs anymore no matter how you put them in there. They ended up sending me a new one, but it took a month or two. As far as this specific set, I ordered this and had to send them back to Amazon immediately as they did not produce any audio whatsoever. No audio through headphone jack or through speakers on units with volume all the way up. Amazon was great as always. They had me another set of these within two days and the newer set worked perfectly.

These are great players when they are working. They fit the car well, right height, good picture and sound, and they don't skip. I can't speak to long term durability yet but am a little put off by having to get another set of these just to get one that was fully operational. It's kind of a gamble, but I have dealt with Philips support before and found them to be responsive within the warranty period. This was a much cheaper and better option for us to purchase rather than having the DVD player built into the car so I figure even if I have to go through a couple of these, I am still way ahead money wise of where I would have been. I saw Philips is coming out with a set of 9 inch dual players that do allow both units to play different things but haven't seen it hit Amazon yet so keep that in mind when deciding.

Bought this product, worked great for a few hours but then the second screen abruptly went dark. I couldn't believe it went kaput that fast, but I checked all the connections and settings very carefully. No dice.

Took it back to the place of purchase for another one. SAME thing happened: it took a bit longer but again the second screen stopped showing video (though it continued to play sound).

Once I could see as a fluke, but not twice so my recommendation is to avoid this Phillips product. Too bad because it has nice sized screens and decent image quality when it was working.

i bought the philips pd9012/37 9" dual monitor a few weeks ago and only had a chance to do a quick check (if it's not defective)recently. audio is not great but i am waiting for the earbuds i recently purchased to be delivered. hopefully, this will help. this model has resume mode and yes, you can use the main monitor to watch movies at home, hotel etc.

Don't know how we survived so long without these DVD screens. The kids love them. No problems. Read all the reviews and could see that people mostly were disappointed if they wanted to use this product somewhere other than the car. Or if they wanted each screen to show a different movie (which I think would be too much noise back there anyway unless you have earphones). When we restart the car the movie starts back up where it left off. Good product.

I purchased this ahead of a 6 hour road-trip for the holidays.

Keep in mind that while it is a "Dual" screen, you only can play one DVD for both screens.

Setup: While simple and straightforward, still ends up very convoluted as there are wires coming from the power source (former cigarette lighter), and an AV Wire connecting both screens. It isn't too bad, as our Subaru Outback has that powersource in the between frontseat armrest storage compartment, and allows you to hide some of the power wires. But throw in the headphone wiring for both sets, and you've got the makings of a spiderweb back there. It's a simple buckle and strap to attach to the back of the frontseat headrests.

Screen: The colors and resolution were decent. There's some problems with glare if the sun is coming through the backwindow. Unfortunately on our model, one of the screens had a discolored vertical line right down the middle. Not a huge glitch, but took some getting used to. It seems to be a cheaper, less durable plastic compared to the 7" Audiovox portable DVD that we'd been using up to now.

Performance:

I tested it prior to departure and was able to play 2 store bought DVDs (Caillou and Hi-5), audio CDs (Music Together soundtrack), as well as a homemade DVD where I burned TV episodes.

Unfortunately, when we tried it while on our trip, it didn't work. Which was incredibly frustrating. At first, it wouldn't read the DVD. Then after 5 tries, the DVD reader wouldn't even try -- it would just show "No Disc" in the display, even though we had the same DVDs that were tested the previous day. Going to the support page via my smartphone, it informed me that either the DVD was dirty, or the DVD lens was unclean. (I found that dubious, as I had only tested it the previous day.)

Upon arrival at our destination (my in-laws), my father-in-law suggested using a Maxell Lens Cleaner (http://www.amazon.com/MAXELL-CD345-Laser-Lens-Cleaner/dp/B000001OMA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1294073285&sr=8-3). After running one cleaning (takes 10 minutes), I ran another test with the same DVDs and it was able to read and play the same DVDs that previously it was unable to play on the trip.

On the return trip, we tried the DVD players again, and then 5 minutes into it, the DVDs froze. Luckily, I still had my father-in-law's DVD Lens Cleaner disk, and did another cleaning. After that, I used a different DVD (but still one of the DVDs that had tested well), and it was successful for 90 minutes.

It seems to me that there are two styles of in-car DVDs -- the "buckle" to the headrest (Philips and RCA appear to be the only "trusted" brands in this equipment genre), or the "embed"-style where the screen is embedded into the actual headrest. We'd prefer to do the former, as we only do these kind of trips 2 or 3 times a year, but have discovered that it's hit or miss (mostly miss) in terms of performance. However, if we were to go with the latter option, it's a significant step up in cost, and I'd prefer not to have that screen there all the time. Given the sketchy performance, and the actual screen glitch, we're going to return this and figure out some other option for long trip entertainment. - Portable Dvd Players - Dual Dvd Player - Dual Screens - Portable Dvd Player'

Compaq C700 Battery - laptop batteries, works great

Got battery quickly in mail. Been using for a month now with no problems. My computer doesn't get super hot anymore and the battery lasts the regular amount, better than my dead one from before. Fit my compac presario F700 well. Great deal compared to the stores that wanted $80 for a battery! NEW Laptop/Notebook Battery for Compaq Presario C700 F500 F560 F572US F700 F7...

This battery did not last more than a week. I followed the instructions and charged it overnight then let it die completely- rinse and repeat. I did the cycle 4 times. The first charge lasted about 50 minutes. Second charge, 1 hour 10 minutes. Third charge lasted about 1 hour. The fourth charge is when the battery died. The battery was at 52% and it shut down. I tried charging it overnight- the next morning, it was completely dead. I did notice, however, that when it was working, the computer was running significantly cooler than with the original battery.

Needless to say, I am returning it for a full refund. This is frustrating.

Pros

-makes a good paperweight

Cons

-does not hold a charge

I purchased a laptop battery. It worked fine only for a month and half, then stopped working. I had to send it back for replacement at my own expense. Then I was told that the battery was shipped but I never received it !!!!! What a waste of my money...!!! When I contacted the sunvallytek regarding the replacement shipping i got no response at all !!!! Horrible customer service. I would never order anything from Sunvalleytek

Installed this battery and it worked for less than 1 month. Just sent it back. The seller is replacing the battery at no cost. However, I do have to go through the hassle of going to the post office, being without a battery until one gets back and pay for the return postage.

I have written very few reviews but in this case just wanted to share my experience with this low priced battery. Charged battery, changed to power saver on laptop, went on battery power to test it at 12:02 PM today. After checking email several times, doing some shopping, and reading the news periodically during the afternoon, I forgot I was on battery power. Checked at 6:30 PM and I still had 25% left. I was not using the laptop constantly but did leave it on. I am just amazed. I have no idea how long this battery will last but the one that came with my HP laptop would not hold it's charge after a year. I'm very impressed.

Of course I was skeptical about purchasing this product only because the price was way too low. Plus I read other reviews that had me non trusting on the product. But I took the risk (because the price was low) and I'm glad I did. I had this battery for about 6 months now and it is awesome. I dont have to charge my laptop up as often as I did before. Infact with it being fully charged, I can have it off the charger for about 3 hours before it dies. I'm not sure if that is truly a good thing in other people eyes but in mines it is because my previous battery would have only lasted 30 minutes off the charger.

After reading the various reviews, I was skeptical whether I would have success with these replacement batteries. To my delight, the batteries are, in fact, performing as brand new. I purchased two batteries as I have identical notebooks (actually my children's notebooks). I did allow them to charge to 100% and then fully discharge before charging again to 100% in order to condition the batteries. Both notebooks are getting 2.5+ hours of charge which is one full hour more than they got when the notebooks were new. I will be purchasing two more so they each have a spare. - Replacement Battery - Laptop Battery - Works Great - Laptop Batteries'

Photosmart C6380 - 564xl, inkjet printer ink

I purchased my printer in February 2009 and I believe that I have had to replace the regular size black ink cartridge at least three times. I would say that my print load is average. This time (the third time) I decided to get the XL size. I put it in April 10th and now (May 10th) the ink level is at 3/4. I am sure that with the regular size catridge I would be getting ready to change the cartridge again. I also like that the price via amazon was significantly cheaper than purchasing from staples or target. And it arrived quickly. I recommend using the XL no matter what, so that you don't have to change so often. I also recommend this vendor based on my experience with them. HP 564XL Black Ink Cartridge in Retail Packaging (CB321WN#140)

The starter cartridges that came with my HP C309a All-In-One were the standard 564 cartridges, which only lasted a couple weeks -- and I don't even print that much. I replaced the regular black cartridge with a 564XL, and even after a couple weeks of my usual (occasional) printing, the ink gauge is still at around 85%.

HP inks aren't cheap, but even worse is having to buy them so frequently -- I usually run out right before I need to print something important. The XL cartridge is a good value and lasts a good long time. This should be the standard HP inkjet cartridge.

The biggest complaint for personal inkjets is well.. ink. It's always expensive and you feel like you are spending the lionshare of your purchase on the fancy packaging and plastic delivery mechanism. We use our printer for casual use and a decent amount of photo 4x6 printing. These XL inks definitely last longer than the std versions that shipped with the printer, and yellow always seems to go first. But they work as advertised, and never last as long as you want them to. We've had our printer for 2 years and replaced inks once a year now.

The colors seem to pop when using the special 4x6 papers and drying time is very fast. I haven't seen any fading in pictures that were printed 2 yrs ago with these inks, and they are advertised to not fade, so i guess its working as advertised.

Office Depot and Office Max sell the 564XL for $10.00 less than what Amazon.com charges. At the time of review this ink cartridge cost ($32.00). I wish I had checked those places earlier than buying from Amazon

This is a warning to buyers of this product. First HP has changed the size of this cartridge, it is now half the size that it was a few months ago, so if you buy it you are now getting half as much ink as you used to. Second none of the sellers of this product on the Amazon website are advising buyers about the fact that you are now paying and will be receiving a cartridge that is half the size of the old one. Third if you want the best price deal it is no longer on Amazon but rather HP is now selling it directly from its own website at a considerably cheaper price.

I ordered HP black cartirdges from this site and was charged 2x the now "new" HP price for cartridges that print half as much!

I returned the cartridges and have not heard a word from the seller. HP holds us hostage to overpricing and now things are worse.

HP ripped us off again. Smaller size cartridge lasts less then 1/2 as long as the bigger fuller cartridge which was made for my printer when this printer first came out. Dumping HP and moving on.....

I find it very strange that this HP-564XL black inkjet printer cartridge is going for $30.93 on Amazon. I was at Best Buy only a few hours ago earlier tonight, and this very item is selling for $17.99 there, and it's not even on sale at that store. None of the items at Best Buy were marked for sale or on sale this week or in any other way discounted. All of the 564XL cartridges are going for $17.99 at Best Buy. I repeat, none of them were on sale. The cardboard retail packaging is exactly the same as pictured here. (These prices at Best Buy don't include the sales tax yet.) I thought Amazon was supposed to be cheaper, not more expensive. Am I missing something here?

My experience with 564XL Black has been fine so far, no issues at all, my five stars are for the quality of this cartridge and have nothing to do with Amazon or Amazon's pricing of this cartridge. - Hewlett-packard - Inkjet Printer Ink - 564xl - Photosmart C6380'

Notebook Accessories - usb charger, travel

I've been searching for a product that can extend the outlet on my bathroom for the electrical products that I use. I finally came across this Belkin mini surge protector and features:

- 3 AC power outlets

- 2 USB outlets ONLY for charging (not data transfer) at 5V / 500mA at each port

- Surge protection on all 5 outlets

- 918 Joules Energy Dissipation

- 125V / 15A / 1,875W Continuous Duty Electrical Rating

- 36,000A Maximum Spike Current

- Lifetime Warranty on product

- USD75,0000.00 connected equipment warranty

- 360 degree rotating plug lockable into 4 possible positions

Simple, elegant design in a smooth plastic casing of white and light grey colour. Once plugged, the green LED light will indicate if the power source is grounded.

The box comes with one USB to mini-USB cable to get you started in charging your USB devices as well.

DO NOT throw the prong cover that initially comes attached to the surge protector prong. As the manual states (for those who still care to read the User Manual these days), you can use this plastic prong cover to help further balance the device against any surface. You do this by inserting the plastic prong cover on the bottom of the surge device via a small notch. Also, the plastic cover is handy to use when traveling. Before dumping the surge protector along with your other devices, cover the prongs to prevent it from scratching other objects.

The prongs can be rotated 360 degrees loosely. However, there are 4 positions that enable you to lock it so it doesn't flail along clumsily in any direction. You do this by pressing into the rear a "release button". It's not a raised button, but a flat plastic portion that you have to press hard in order to release the lock. It's quite difficult (at least with the model I received) at first and feels like I'm going to break the plastic button. But I guess if this is normal then it can be construed as a safety measure so it doesn't easily rotate with a simple touch.

IMPROVEMENTS:

The term "mini" is subjective. It isn't really that compact as I would assume from seeing the photo. It is small, yes. However, as a surge protector that can take 3 AC and 2 USB outlets, I will give Belkin the benefit of naming it a mini device.

I would STRONGLY prefer the re-design of the spacing on the AC outlets by allowing larger plugs connected side-by-side. As it is right now, only normal AC plugs and not block-style plugs are allowed without loosing all three outlets. So my proposal is to delete the middle AC outlet and move it to the end-cap of the device (opposite to the 2 USB outlets). As of now, there is nothing there so rather than cramp the 3 AC plugs, then move the third at the end and thus allowing for block-style plugs to be used and still retaining the 3 AC functionality.

OVERALL:

I would not hesitate to recommend the purchase of this surge protection for compact spaces as well as travel purposes especially with the lifetime warranty and amount of protection is offers.

Take note of the selling price Amazon and the others are selling this at. It's ridiculous to see the selling price of this exact device can range anywhere from USD10 to USD30.

Lastly, BE AWARE of the SPECS so you know if the USB device you are plugging is capable of being charged. Belkin Mini Surge Protector Dual USB Charger

Nice hotel room companion for plugging in the laptop, cell phone, iPod, and iPhone when you only have one outlet. The 5v outputs are regulated very well. It's quite a bit larger than it appears in the photograph as well as modestly heavy. Calling it 'mini' is deceptive. It's also rated up to 125v so forget using it anywhere except North America (not mentioned in the technical specs). Otherwise, it's built sturdy as a brick and will endure any punishment your travels may inflict upon it.

To get directly to this items flaw... It cannot recharge/power more than one USB item at a time. So what's the point in having two USB outputs?

The 120V outlets work as advertised. The ability to rotate the prongs is a plus as it can be adjusted to most if not all outlets.

The USB power fails if more than one item at a time is plugged into the surge protector. Even if, say your phone is fully charged, if you go to connect another item to run or charge, the surge protector will not supply the power that both items demand. The items that are connected will act as if they have been disconnected from their power source, then once the surge protector accumulates enough power(not certain, but seem to act as if there are capacitors)to start supplying power once again the items connected to the USB ports start to operate briefly until the surge protector cannot supply enough power for the two items.

As stated before, it will supply ONE item with power, without a problem. But will not supply enough power for two, even if one item is fully charged. - Power Strip - Travel - Belkin - Usb Charger'

Computer Accessories - accessories, 4 port usb hub

Me and a friend of mine got one, and we are sad to say, it was a waste of money. It's not high-speed, it can't hold more than one thing with transfer without canceling everything out. For example: I had my Logitech Headset plugged inside it, and had my PSP USB Cable in the slot next to it. I went to transfer something off my memory stick, (Which by the way was EXTREMELY slow) and when I exited USB mode, it canceled out my headset too! Do not buy this, honestly! Find something better then this false advertisement! Black 4-Port High Speed USB 2.0 Hub

Worked fine for a couple days, then just stopped working all together. I tried just plugging one device in it and still does not work. Some reviews stated it is not high speed... heck I would take low speed over no speed. Of course not going to return it as shipping would be as much as the product. Maybe that is what the seller is hoping for by pricing it that way? Oh well, no big loss, will try a better quality device.

Bought 2 of these to expand USB connectivity for one of my old desktop computer and my netbook. I use it to connect several USB drives simultaneously and recognizes all my USB drives including my Sandisk 7-in-1 card reader. However, problem starts when I plug in my iPhone cable and won't charge my iPhone nor will it connect to iTunes. Transfer speed was average. It's not high-speed as it advertises so I'm not sure why it states that. Price is great and that's what attracted me into buying 2 but save your money and you can find better USB hubs at the same prices out there.

Was supposed to have shipped a week ago. Just got an email from Amazon saying that they can't get any shipping info from the vendor. When I try to contact the vendor, I get no response.

Don't know if they're out of business or just irresponsible, but I have no intention of every doing business with the vendor again.

Doesn't work! As soon as anything is plugged into it, it pops up in Device Manager as unknown device and looses drivers until system reboot is done. It went straight to the garbage can! Don't waste your time or money on this one!!!

First: the seller gets 4 stars for speed, service, and shipping.

The product was, well, less than acceptable. I bought 4 thinking I could use them on 3 different computers and one spare. SO FAR the 4th one is still in its package, the other three have failed. I hooked up the wireless mouse and an 8 gig flash drive to a laptop and the longest one lasted was 3 days.

So basically I've had the USB split for about a month, and about 5 weeks after I bought it, with LIGHT use, it broke. It still works but if it gets TOUCHED or moved at all it stops working and I have to unplug and replug everything plugged into it as well as the split itself. That SOMETIMES fixes it. Other times I just have to wait and wonder how long until it will start working again. TERRIBLE PRODUCT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Although it may look like a good buy and a useful device, don't waste your money. The sellers have the return window just a drop smaller than the useful lifespan of this USB split, and it is throwing away money to buy it.

Quality: Looks nice, feels cheap, clearly bad wiring

Price: Good if it worked... Too bad it doesn't

Shipping/Packaging: No complaints

Customer service from seller: Horrible. - Accessories - 4 Port Usb Hub - Multi Port Hub - Hub'

Certified Organic Grocery - celiac, organic

I was surprised to see that people don't like these. I don't have kids, but I buy them for myself because they're gluten free. I like that they're not too sweet, and relatively low in calories and fat compared to many bars out there. A tasty snack to have around. I'd like a little more PB flavor, but at least they're not loaded with sugar.

I'm Gluten-Intolerant, so I'm always trying to find good-tasting foods that are gluten-free (hah). These aren't too bad. They are supposed to taste like Peanut-Butter Rice Krispie Treats. They are much lighter as far as a "bar" goes - reminds me of eating those round rice-poof cakes. They taste...decent. The first part and last part of the bite is good; somewhere around the middle to end you get a funny taste. No bad aftertaste though. They are nice to have in case you get hungry and need to avoid stuff with gluten in it. All I can say is give it a try and see if you like them. I can see kids liking them a lot more than adults too.

my daughters love this tasty PB natural snack. typically in the stores around here, one box is close to $5. but this bulk buy makes it about $2.70 - a real bargain. already one day, they've finished off one box!

My autistic grandson just loves these bars. Being on a gluten free diet there are not many snacks he can have, but enviro kidz have outdone themselves on these. Ryan asks for them by name "Can I have Panda please?" Highly recommend them.

Well, I have to put my two cents in since some folks have really been discouraging. I love these bars! And I particularly love this flavor--yes, I am a peanut butter fan. I like that they are light and very much like a rice krispy bar. I find them a good afternoon snack (I also love Clif bars, but sometimes I want something lighter, and quicker, to eat). I wonder if the folks who don't like them (if they aren't a competitor) are used to more mainstream foods that overwhelm the taste buds with sugar and artificial flavors. In any event, maybe you should buy a box before you buy a case... ;-)

I was very pleasantly surprised at how good these are, especially compared to regular crispy bars. They have a nice peanut butter flavor that's quite tasty without being overwhelmingly sweet. My 7 year old finished one and then immediately asked if we could start putting them in her lunch or snack for school. They're also a good size, so I'll probably toss one into my bag for a snack on occasion also. One box of 6 bars is over five dollars at my local grocery store; this is an awesome price and I'll definitely be ordering them from Amazon from now on.

This is one of the first food items I found after being diagnosed with Celiac disease over 1 1/2 years ago. It tastes great. I have it as a breakfast bar, snack, dessert, and it's only only 110 calories (something I now have to watch due to weight gain). Chocolate & Berry flavors are equally as good (if not better). I typically buy these in bulk from Amazon; the price is comparable to what local retail stores are selling it for (i.e. Wegmans, Whole Foods, etc.).

This is actually tasty! My son will only eat this brand and the peanut butter flavor. We tried the other flavors and for us they were terrible. It's much cheaper to buy them here than at the Grocery. Well made, tasty, healthy! - Organic - Cereal Bars - Bad - Peanut Butter - Breakfast - Celiac'

Laptop Batteries - laptop battery, laptop

This battery arrived 2 days before the suggested arrival date. I replaced a 4400ma battery that died after 15 months of owning my laptop (just 3 months out of warranty) After several calls and emails to HP the best they could do is send me a replacement 4400ma battery for $67.00 plus shipping and handling. I was concerned that it may only last 15 months. I have read many bad reviews about the hp stock battery I had . After searching amazon.com found an 8800ma battery for $54.00. This battery is in my HP Pavilion dv4-1220us laptop. I have read the reviews and some complaints were about the battery being heavy and raised the laptop about a 1/2in. higher than the 4400ma stock battery that came with the laptop. This is not only true for the replacement 12 cell battery, but to note my brother-in-law has a later model hp pavilion with a stock 12 cell battery, and it is the same size as the replacement battery I purchased. If you want a lighter flatter battery then get a 4400ma battery. However my 4400ma stock battery never got me more than 1hr and 30 minutes of power and lasted only 15 months. On the other hand after having this battery for just about a week now I get about 3hrs and 45 minutes of battery life streaming music. It is well worth the extra weight and actually easier to type now that the laptop is angled a little bit. There was another complaint that the battery either fell out of the machine or was a bit shakey, and at times lost connection and the laptop would shut down. Now I don't know about other models of laptops, but on my pavilion dv4-1220us this does not happen. I will say that it does wiggle a little, but my brother-in-law's 12 cell 8800ma stock battery with his ph pavilion also has some wiggle room. All in all for the money compared to what HP wants for the same battery you can't beat it. My only regret is that at the time of posting this review the same battery is 7 dollars cheaper than when I ordered a little over 2 weeks ago. New Laptop Replacement Battery for HP Pavilion dv4 Series, Pavilion dv5 Series , Pavilion dv6 Series

I bought this battery for my HPDV51000 Laptop. I chose this battery over an HP Battery for 2 reasons 1) My original HP battery died after 15 months of use so I didn't want to get another one with the same results, I was hoping to find one that would last longer. 2) This battery had good reviews. I followed all the directions by calibrating the battery several times by fully draining and then recharging it. The battery only lasts for less than 1 hour with all the power settings set to the HP Recommended settings. The original HP laptop battery lasted well over 2 hours on the same settings. Overall I am disappointed.

I got this to replace a dead battery on my HP Pavillion DV-4 (which died after 14 months).

The price was great, compared to getting one direct from HP. So I was a bit skeptical about performance. But now it's been 3 months and it still works fine. Charges just as fast, and the charge lasts as long as the original HP battery did. It's basically just a clone of the HP battery, and these aftermarket batteries can be hit-or-miss. There is always a risk when buying a battery not made by the manufacturer, but I have found this one to work just as well as the first one. I hope it lasts even longer than the original. The battery life of the original HP battery was very dissapointing.

The battery works fine as long as you are using an actual HP power cord with it. When I first got this replacement battery it did not work with the cheap power cord I bought for $15 off here. If you need to replace your battery and/or power cord (as I had to after less than two years), this battery is fine but spend the extra money ($25 on Amazon) and buy the right HP power cord.

I ordered this for my laptop and they sent me the wrong part. I will edit this review once I have gotten the correct part or even a response from customer service. Until then I still have not heard from customer service as you have to email them. They don't provide you with a telephone number. We could solve the issue with a two minute phone conversation but is this world now a days people feel an 8 hour response to a simple problem is better customer service. Will not buy again from them.

The actual product which was delivered was not at all the same as in the description of the product. it does not work for dv5 or dv6 laptops. Even on the delivered charger, it says dv4 charger. u will be cheated.

I was amazed how quickly the item got to me. I got an email saying that it was going to take much longer, but it arrived in just about a week and a half. It was a lot cheaper than a lot of others, so that made me nervous, but so far it is performing better than the original battery ever did.

I recieved the product in a proper time frame and it was the exact one. The only problem I had was when I searched for this product I wasn't sure if it was the right one but I got help and it turned out to be the correct one.

I bought this battery because my original battery had lost it's ability to hold a charge. Since using this battery, I have the portability of my laptop back and I absolutely love it. This is a good battery, for a good price and I'd definitely recommend it.

This battery is great. It is of much better quality than my HP battery that came with this computer, which lasted LESS THAN A YEAR before it said I needed a new one. I went on without a new battery for a while (just stayed plugged in), but finally it died completely and I had to get a new one. Affordable, fast delivery, and it fit my Pavillion dv4 perfectly. Thanks! - Laptop Battery - Battery - Laptop Batteries - Laptop'

Media Labels - media labels, dvd labels

1) The Memorex CD/DVD labels are pretty decent. It's white paper with two labels on each sheet, for a total of 60 sheets and 120 labels. You can also print two jewel case spine labels as well as two "general use" labels (just rectangular labels). I've checked out various brands including Staples' own store brand and Memorex CD/DVD label refill packs are the best value.

2) The LabelMaker software is not bad at all, and works reliably and fast on Windows XP. I use it with my Canon Pixma iP3000 (the *best* inkjet printer for under $300!). The program comes with a calibration tool which you *MUST* run to ensure proper alignment. (Don't worry, it's just calibration for LabelMaker only, and won't mess up your printer's hardware calibration.) The program is pretty easy to use, esp. when it comes to importing and resizing your own image files.

I recommend this pack as well as the 300-pack from Memorex. Memorex CD Labels Refills (120-Pack, White)

The software is intuitive. If you don't like the supplied clipart ....... use your own. I've used the supplied software for over a year and prefer it over all others I've used. It allows use of any font. It allows scalable rounding of text. The complaint about graininess is caused by trying to enlarge an image too much. There are limits. I do multiple disc set sometimes and this software allows me to easily mark disc numbers. The labels themselves are opaque enough to hide most manufacturers pre-printed labels. If you are not happy with this product, you won't be happy with any other either.

I used a third party software and it works great.

Did not have to calibrate, even though they have the option.

Just selected the paper type (Memorex Full Sheet) and it aligned perfectly.

Graphics applied to label perfectly...just make sure you crop the image.

The software is downloadable and I believe you have two weeks to try it out...not sure about the time, because I went ahead an purchased it for $20

To be honest, I have not tried ANY other software...I bought this software before I knew that software came with about 20 sheets.

So I can not compare software, only to say that the Acousta software does everything I wanted and then some.

I suggest getting this for $20 (actually save the $20 and try it for free) and then 3 packs of 120 for around $30 (needed this amount to save on shipping) 360 sheets about 10 cents a sheet

http://www.acoustica.com/

The labels are fine and dandy, but the software that comes with them is horrid. Not only did the calibration page not print, but there is no way to pre-size an image to a desired resolution (so I can enhance the enlarged image). Also, what did print ended up looking grainy. In the end, I had to appropriately resize and print my own images, adding white borders to the left and top edges to get it to center on the label.

If I could give this product 0 stars I would, but that's not an option. The labels themselves are fine as far as I can tell, but the "Bonus LabelMaker Software" that comes with them is the worst that I have ever worked with. I would have been happier paying the same price for the product if it didn't say that it included software, because then I would have known I should have bought software in addition to the labels. In theory, the software shows you on your screen where the label is on the page. Then you use standard text boxes to attempt to design an attractive label. It is difficult to navigate, slow, and inaccurate. The graphics and clip art provided with it are ugly and useless. Once you manage to design your your label and print it, you find that the template on the software does not match up with the printed labels, so you end up wasting quite a few sheets trying to adjust your label on the computer screen screen so that it actually looks correct on the label once it comes out of your printer. If you own label design software that is compatible with these labels, you might be fine, but if you are planning to use the included software to create labels, good luck!

I bought these to make labels for my DVDs as when I received them there is a warning on the back that if you use them on DVDs they may make the DVD unreadable. These are only to be used on CDs. Memorex makes specific labels that are plasic for DVDs and do not warp when exposed to the heat of a DVD player. 2 stars because the packaging is misleading.

I am not sure what kind of software were other users using but I have used the one available for free download online and it worked beautifully. I am very happy with the results, the labels came out great, very nice picture quality, the whole process is very simple and fast.

I would definately recommend the product!!!

i used them with cover xp which has preset templates for this paper.

Get the covers from cvdcovers.cc and drag and drop from internet explorer to cover xp, press print and you get great labels.

Now my daughter (3 1/2 y.o.) stops asking me to read them the labels for her movies, you can choose on her own what she wants to watch (i did not give her the real dvd as she tends to put peanut butter on them! - Label - Media Labels - Dvd Labels - Memorex'

Pouch For Small Digital Camera - camera case, case

CANON POWERSHOT: SD990 IS, SD950 IS, SD890 IS, SD880 IS, SD790 IS, SD870 IS, SD770 IS, SD1100 IS, SD750, SD850 IS, A2000 IS, A1000 IS, A2000 IS, A1000 IS DIGITAL CAMERA BLACK NEOPRENE Cover CASE Sleeve POUCH Carrying Bag...........4/5 stars

____________________________________________________________________________

This is the camera I recently bought from Best Buy and am using the case for: Canon PowerShot SD790IS 10MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom

Pros:

-Two pouches keep all small accessories in one bag

-Fits my camera size perfectly

-Neoprene protects and even CLEANS my 3" screen when camera is in bag

-Though I don't use it,. the wrist strap is a nice addition

Cons:

-Material is soft and might not protect camera from drop

-Accessory pouch might be just a tiny tiny bit too small

-Bottom zipper does not always close all the way

What can I say? I wanted a quality camera case and I got one. Yes, I was looking for a hard shell with an included microfiber cloth, but this was cheep, and it gets the job done. It's an excellent case and will protect your camera from dirt, dust, fingerprints, and more. I keep my wrist strap, cleaning cloth, and an extra memory card in the front pocket and it all fits in my pocket. Unless you are a real outdoorsman and need a really rugged case, I definitely recommend this. I should probably mention that it shipped in one day in tip top shape as well. Canon Powershot Digital Camera Neoprene Cover Case Sleeve Pouch Carrying Bag (Black)

This product is really well made, but it is way too big for my Canon Elph. My camera is just swimming in the case. I will probably have to find a smaller case which is a shame because I like this case.

It's an extremely small case and it is great since I bought the small SD940is. It's not as sturdy as a hard case, but I intend to carry this in my pocket or my wife's purse. The extra pocket is great for an extra SD card and battery. It's not the sexiest case, but it's a case . . . it's supposed to protect things not look fantastic so people can see what you have in there. If there was one thing that I would have improved, it would have been the size. Since the case wasn't made specifically for the camera, there is space in the case, but not that much, maybe 1/2" on the top and 1/2" on the sides.

I have the Canon SD990 and this works perfectly. It is compact but the material stretches just enough that the camera can slip in and out easily. There is not much extra storage space but there is room for an extra battery or memory card. Arrived quickly.

I like this little pouch for what it's advertised to do. The zip pocket holds the spare battery perfectly. Zippers work very smoothly and lock closed. It could have used a sturdier wrist strap, but I tossed it anyway and use an excellent neck lanyard that I had.

Second-guessing myself, I would have gotten a teensy bit larger pouch to hold the USB connection cable, since I carry this camera to another computer half the time. But that's no reflection on the good quality of the pouch.

This camera case is a good fit for the Canon A1000 IS. It is cushy enough to offer good protection from bumps and should help in a drop. Not a lot of extra space but will carry SD cards ok. Batteries would be a squeeze.

this case is at least 2x too big for my sd1400 cannon camera which it claims to be a good fit. the case may have fit my original power shot cannon circa 1995, and even then, i think it would have been too big for that one. i bought this case looking for something that would fit semi-snuggly around my sd1400 and this is NOT going to work; i will be returning asap.

Bought this as gift along with Canon SD1400IS. I had chance to take it out to fit the camera. The camera fits with good cushion and space around it for other thin items such as extra battery or SD cards.

The bag itself comes with a strap - good for wrapping on the wrist as picture shown but obviously not enough for shoulder. The zipper moves good (better than some cheap zippers out there used on laptop bags). The pouch has a bit of cushion, which is nice for "light" protection.

The camera color is silver, so it fits this. So will black color cameras. Overall nice bag for the price.

The Canon neoprene cover case pouch fits the Canon DC10

underwater camera perfectly. I would definitely recommend its purchase to protect the camera from being scratched in a backpack or purse, however, it is not meant to be protection against dropping or severe bumps.

This case I took with me to Ireland for 2 weeks. It provided great portability and fit nicely into jacket and pants pockets. Although a hard shell case would provide more protection, this case does the job for travel and pulling out the camera quickly. The side pocket works nicely for carrying an extra battery and SD card. Overall, for the price, you cant beat it. - Canon Elph Accessory Kit - Camera Accessory Bags - Case - Camera Case'

Finish Nailers - finish nailers, brad nailer

These nails work perfectly with my DeWalt D51275K 15 gauge angled finish nailer, and the size/shape of the reuseable plastic case they come in is handy for holding extra nails in the tool belt or even your back pocket.

Not mentioned in the Amazon description is the following included with the nails: "Fits SENCO SFN40; AccuSet A250FN; Craftsman 18432, 18442; DeWalt D51275K; Porter-Cable DA250A." There are 700 nails in the pack. I can't speak for the other brands, but I know the DeWalt can be finickey about nails, and it definitely likes these.

I purchased my DeWalt nailer from Amazon, and at the time they were offering $25 off purchases over $199. To hit that number, the only thing I could think of was to get a variety of nails, so I added these AccuSet 2-1/2" nails, along with a pack of 2" nails and a pack of 1-1/2" nails to the shopping cart. A variety of nail sizes that work good with my nailer practically for free. Can't beat that. Senco A302500 15-Gauge x 2-1/2 Inch Bright Basic Finish Nail

THE ACCUSET 2 1/2" NAIL WAS PERFECT FOR NAILING DOWN MY SUB FLOOR IN MY NEW DINING ROOM,ALSO I NEEDED TO HANG THICK WIDE CROWN MOLDING AND THIS ACCUSET NAIL WAS THE PERFECT SIZE FOR THESE JOBS..LET ME ALSO SAY THE FLOOR OR MOLDING AINT GOING ANYWHERE WITH THESE NAILS SECURING THEM DOWN

Nail never jammed , worked like it stated, everything I needed it to do it did ... Iphone Cable

I agonized over which, if any, of these cables to purchase. There are so many negative reviews and comments on the 6 foot USB iPhone connector cables. But I decided to take a chance and I'm happy to report they all work just fine.

I ordered from the seller Shivser, but when I checked out, the seller name displayed as Tavas. The return address on the box also said Tavas. Because of all the negative product reviews, I wanted to order with a seller whose orders were fulfilled by Amazon.com so if the cables did turn out to be defective, the Amazon.com return policy would apply. I also decided to order four cables, just in case some were defective, I would have a better chance of getting one that works.

All four cables are new, 6 feet long, white (all what I ordered), and they sync AND charge just fine as far as I can tell. I tested all four cables on both an iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS.

All four cables were just a little tighter connecting to the iPhone data port than I'm used to, but as far as I'm concerned, that's a positive, not negative. It seems my phone is always falling off my nightstand and getting disconnected. Hopefully with a tighter connection, it will not get unplugged as easily.

It remains to be seen how long it takes to fully charge the phone from a nearly empty battery. Some reviews claim the phone appears to charge, but doesn't really, or charges sloooooowly. We shall see and I'll keep everyone posted.

And finally, I ordered using the Free SuperSaver Shipping and placed my order on Tuesday, March 8 at 10pm. By the next morning, my order had already shipped. The estimated delivery date was March 14-18, which would have been 6-10 calendar days. Much to my surprise, it arrived just 3 days later on March 11th! This has not been my experience with all Free SuperSaver Shipping offers, so I'm very happy to have received the cables so quickly. 6 Foot Long USB Data Sync Cable For iPod, iPhone 2G 3G 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod Touch 2nd 3rd 4th Generation iPod Nano 4th 5th 6th Gen All iPhone, iPod Models Compatible (White Color)

This cable arrived on my doorsteps faster than I promised, and I was excited. When I opened it, it was as long as promised, and looked to be exactly what I needed. I plugged in my ipod, and everything seemed fine. A few hours later, I noticed it was not charging. I unpluged it, and was still at half battery. It look a lot of wiggling for the cable to charge my ipod again. I tried a buddys iphone, with the same problem. Now, after about 2 days of ownership, no amount of wiggling seems to make it work.

I purchased this longer cable so I could talk on iPhone while keeping it charging but the cable doesn't work. I plug it in and I receive NO response from my iPhone. I tested cable with 2 other iPhones as well and it doesn't work! I tried AC adapter and 3 different PCs (USB ports). The cable is physically undamaged yet doesn't work.

I ordered this six-foot USB cable to use with my iPhone and iPad. The first picture on the amazon product page for this cable has what looks like a generic connector that you plug into the iPhone/iPad. That's the type of connector that looks bigger (fatter?) than the slimmer connector that you see on the current real Apple cables. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the cable that I actually received had the connector that was just like the ones you see on the more current real Apple cables. See the picture that I posted at the top of this product's amazon page for the cable that I received.

I bought this cable from amazon marketplace seller 'The OEM Shop' for under three dollars with free S&H. I received the cable very quickly in five days. I do NOT work for 'The OEM Shop' or for Amazon, but I mention the name of the seller because very few people seem to mention the name of the amazon marketplace seller who they bought a product from in their reviews. These cables are "generic" and it is often difficult to tell which seller sold the product that the buyer is either complaining about or praising in a product review. Also, a lot of buyers don't seem to realize that they can select a particular seller and not just take whoever is the seller who may be appearing as the "default" seller on an amazon product page. I don't know what determines who is the "default" seller, but I'm guessing that Amazon comes first if Amazon has the product in their warehouse(s), but if not, then maybe the other sellers are possibly rotated as the "default" seller on the page, and so on and so forth. Anyways, I think it is worth mentioning who is the particular amazon marketplace seller is in a review - especially if the product is generic like this cable and if there are a lot of sellers who are selling the product via the one single amazon product page.

Anyways, the cable that I bought is indeed a nice long six-foot cable. It looks like the real thing. And it was new. I was able to charge my iPhone and iPad by using this cable when connected to a charger plugged into the wall. And I was able to sync my iPhone and iPad with iTunes on my macbook. The cable was also able to charge my iPhone via the USB on my macbook. For my iPhone, I've tried charging with both a real official apple power adapter and also a generic power adapter - and both worked. (Of course, for my iPad, I had to use the 10w charger that came with my iPad because you can't use anything else when charging from an electrical outlet in the wall.) I will be using this nice long six-foot cable for whenever I want to charge my iPhone or iPad for like when I want to use my iPhone or iPad when I'm in bed or if I'm sitting elsewhere like at the kitchen table and if I want to save the battery for later. (I would be keeping the shorter original cable that came with my iPhone/iPad for use with my macbook for syncing the iPhone/iPad.) I'm happy with this purchase and with this cable.'
