Phone looks really nice. I can not tell it is refurbished. It looks new, cosmetic wise. It functions really well so far. I am very very very pleased with my purchased. Delivery was by far the best! I got in within a day or two! I can not ask for more! The only thing was, the setting to ensure it works as stated on the description, did not come. But thanks to googling, I found it. Very easy. I got three phones like this, bought one first, then ordered two more. LoL. On the home screen for two of the phones it says "activation required" all you do is press ##000000 then add your number where it says my number, and viola! It automatically updates according your phone company. I am an international customer and my settings were send right away. All the service books etc. I got online right away. The only problem was, the email because I never got a blackberry email. So they asked me for that so I can log in, so I guess I will need to go into my service provider for that particular thing. But so far, so good. I am happy. Camera is awesome! Speakers are nice and loud, much better than my last BB. I don't miss the wifi at all.
