Stop being bent over at the retail mobile accessory stores. Quite ridiculous if you ask me (though i know you didn't). I've had both items for a few months now, and so far they've both worked just fine. I don't use the car charger very often though, but it has worked for now. The ac charger I got since the charging cord that came with my Droid was way too short, this ac charger has a good long cord so i can plug it in by my bedstand or wherever. I use the ac charger daily, and is working fine.

I've purchased a couple other AC chargers for the motorola droid only to have them make the phone do strange things. This charger set is reasonably priced and works well. I purchased this charger as the one delivered with the Droid only has a 3 foot cord, which isn't ideal in most circumstances. the cord on this is around 6 foot so instead of charging the phone on the floor I can charge it on our dresser.
I just received these so I can't say too much, however, I did plug my Droid into the wall charger with no odd effects as experienced with other off-brand chargers. I guess you can't go wrong with OEM.
One thing I wanted to share is that the wall charger is 550mA. As such, I don't expect it to be a fast charge, but it fits my needs for a travel charger. I'd rather it charge a bit slow than have it sending random text messages and phone calls like some reviews of other chargers.
I only gave this 4 stars because of the 550mA. The charger that comes with the Droid is 850mA.
Unfortunately, there isn't any helpful information on the car charger as far as mA.
The car charger is fine. However, this home travel charger bundled with it is a mini-USB plug, not a micro-USB plug and DOES NOT work with the Motorola Droid.This seller totally ignored my attempt to contact them at the e-mail they provided when I complained about this. Beware, and DO NOT order this item. They are unloading a part nobody wants with the car charger. If you need a charger for an A/C outlet this WILL NOT work for you.
The car charger is quite nice and seems to work well. The Motorola logo on it, is on a clear plastic circle that glows blue when it is plugged in, which I think looks cool.
Unfortunately the wall charger does not work with my Motorola Droid, which is what I bought this for. It fits into the phones port, but does not charge.
Ordered 2 sets of these for my Droid X and my wife's HTC Incredible. The chargers work great on both phones (both use micro usb plugs). Couldnt beat the price, especially compared to VZW or similar stores. The home charger cord is much longer than the cord supplied with either of the phones which is much more convenient - no more being tethered to an outlet near the floor while charging.
I did have one issue with the purchase. When I received the package containing my chargers, there was a small amount of postage due, even though shipping was free. I contacted the OEM Store, received a prompt response, and also a prompt credit of the amount. To me, that's good customer service. I would definitely recommend these chargers and this seller; and would purchase from them again.
Purchased this mainly for the house charger to have at work for my Droid. I had previously purchased a charger from a seller on eBay that made my Droid go crazy. For a little more I found this Motorola charger that works great. Maybe it's a little slower charging but it hasn't been that noticeable. I now have two of these because my original charger ran away from home. I can't really comment on the car chargers because I have only used them once.
My Droid X is an awesome phone and sometimes I get carried away when using it. Since the big screen and some of my apps can eat up the battery in a few hours, it's good to have extra chargers around for those long work days.
