Its all plastic pieces. I only wanted the 4 wire clips when buying this. It offers better routing of any cable anywhere. The actual loom is pretty flimsy and would keep wires together, but looks real flimsy. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Also the wire ties are poorer quality, but it will still work for your general wire needs.
This item does not really serve any purpose. GE should provide more information on what cable management system is really used for (enough for a few cables for a computer and not much more). I would return this but it's not really worth the hassle. Recommend not wasting any money on it. - Cord Management - Cable Organizer - Cables'
