I just received this today. It fits fine on my iPod touch 4, but it does seem a bit flimsy. We shall see how well it protects as time goes on. Since there were so many reviews stating that they did not receive the 2nd piece and I also only received one piece (the back), I decided to write iDeal Accessory, to inquire about the missing 2nd piece. I received the following response:

For the price, you can't get a much better case. It fits perfectly and the red color is absolutely gorgeous. Also, it is made up of 2 pieces that snap together. Definitely pick this up if you're looking for a protective hard red case!
Even though the shipping made it more expensive than the listed price, this two-piece cover is still less expensive compared to the cases sold in stores. It protects the iPod just as well as other hard cases sold in stores, if not better.
It is a perfect fit. Yes other people were correct about one of the corners won't snap it but that will disappear once you PROPERLY snap them in place then it is a tight fit. The only complain i have is that most of the bottom part of the plate (close to the load speaker and where you plug in your headset) is exposed to foreign surfaces such as tables or keys and objects in your pocket.
It is a hard case and only covers half of the ipod. I would suggest a full hard case cover that has interlocking features. And also get a screen protector right away.
I loved the look of this case for the first few weeks after I got it. The red color is great and it protected my iPod fine. However, after a few weeks of wear and tear [I am not that hard on my iPod], the paint around the edges and on the back began to chip/wear off. Now the entire edge is almost completely white. It looks so bad that I just bought a new one. Not worth it.
