Very pleased with the product performance, low/no noise, better than average brake dust, and typical stopping power.
However, the shipping packers at Amazon warehouses need some lessons in QA. The initial shipment was nicely packed in a standard Amazon cardboard box with air pillow packing filler...but the brake pads themselves were in a completely ripped in half box, with a large rubber band holding it together. Furthermore the brake pads themselves had clearly been installed on a car previously and covered in break dust.
But...then the return process was seamless. I had the replacement pads overnighted for free and in my hands for installation the day after I came home to the original shipment. So kudos for making up for the up front issues. Wagner QC923 ThermoQuiet Ceramic Disc Brake Pad Set
