First of all, when I ordered this case, they overnighted it - free of charge! Almost instant gratification. This is an excellent design and perfect for those of us who prefer the all-in-one convenience when we want to haul it around. The leather is good quality and has a nice feel to it. Substantial and well made, it is an excellent fit for the iPad and gives plenty of protection. And it's beautiful to look at. I love the brown leather; I think it gives it a rich, classy look. To my delight, once it was charged the first time, connectivity was seamless, and the keyboard fired right up. There's a bit of an adjustment to the smaller keyboard, compared to what you're used to, but it doesn't take long. The keys are very responsive and have a nice tactile feel to them. I love the fact that the keyboard is protected against spills. I can't say enough about this case and the quick service from the vendor. Nice job! This is a good product. I was somewhat disappointed in its design. While the keyboard is nice to work with the piece of the leather folder that comes out from it seems to be in the way of fitting it on a tray in an air plane for example. I have not found a way to use it on my lap either. Also, the back that holds the Ipad itself upright is flimsy and does not secure the Ipad. I had trouble figuring out the Bluetooth configuration at first and had to call the company. Before I called them back, the tech was not there, I figured it out.
After searching for blue tooth and case for my Ipad I decided on this saddle color TsirTech. Its exactly what the ad claimed. The leather is soft yet I feel my Ipad is very protected. The magnet closure works very well. The BT keyboard has worked perfectly and the key touch is true. I almost purchased the Brooks Stone case and keyboard- and I'm really glad I didn't. This is a quality case that has traveled with me on vacation, the beach, kids baseball, and more and my Ipad is still like new and so is the case.
I got this keyboard so I can use my I pad for report writing and term paper without having to buy another laptop computer. This keyboard definitely does the job and then some. I used it with the I pad Spanish keys and it did a great job. Great little keyboard.
I was excited when I received it. Got a few comments when folks saw it on my desk. Alas, it would not charge. There is no tech support or even contact information for the product. I am tempted to order another one as it was so attractive, but between DOA and noone to contact I think I will pass...
Very disappointing.
If you get one that WORKS I think you will be quite pleased.
Keyboard is one of those membrane keyboards, so not great, but passable.

I've just received the product and it looks nice (just as pictured). I have not charged it up and used it yet, so I'll report on that later. HOWEVER, the close flap is secured by 2 magnets. Granted they are not very strong, but they are MAGNETS. The product details are WRONG.'
